All enhancements/add ons are optional upgrades and priced separately from the base wedding DJ packages. Discounts on enhancements do not change the price of any base package and may not be combined with any other offer or service outside of wedding DJ packages.
All enhancements are offered on an as available basis. If an enhancement is unavailable on the client’s event date, it cannot be added at a discounted rate. Some enhancements may be available through third party re-rental, subject to availability and additional fees. Re-rental items do not qualify for discounted pricing.
Enhancements included within higher tier packages are not eligible for additional discounts, but they do count toward the total number of add ons used to determine the applicable discount tier.
Clients bear full responsibility for confirming that their venue allows the use of any selected enhancements or add ons, including fog, low lying fog, haze, cold sparks, uplighting, photo booths, special effects, or dance floors. Clients must obtain all required permissions from the venue, property managers, or authorities. No refunds will be issued if a venue bars or restricts an enhancement on the day of the event. Cancellations of enhancements due to venue restrictions must be made at least two weeks before the event for any refund consideration.
While Black Out Entertainment carries appropriate liability insurance, we are not responsible for damage to venues or property caused by poor planning or lack of communication by the wedding party. This includes failure to verify venue rules or failure to disclose relevant venue conditions.
Black Out Entertainment reserves the right to cancel or remove any enhancement if our staff determines that it cannot be operated safely under the conditions present. This includes, but is not limited to, low hanging decorations, flammable materials, improper electrical access, or any unsafe environment around equipment such as cold spark machines or fog devices. No refunds will be issued for enhancement cancellations related to unsafe conditions created by the venue or the wedding party’s planning.
If an enhancement cannot be provided due to circumstances outside of our control, the client’s sole remedy is a refund limited to the amount paid for that specific enhancement. Liability does not extend to any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.
All bookings, including enhancements, are confirmed only with a signed contract and required payments.
